The Best Companion.

I hope everyone is doing OK.

I wanted to share with you all another love of mine, he is a big part of my life, he keeps me company, he loves me unconditionally, he wakes me when I’m having a turn, he comforts me when I’m feeling my worse, he is my companion and best friend, he is my dog, Buddy.

Without him in my life I would be lonely, he keeps me company when no ones home. At night some times, I have these turns I don’t know what they are, but he wakes me up by licking me. I know I have had a turn because I have a left facial droop when I get up from one.

He means the world to me. He helps in every aspect of my life, I’m so lucky to have him, he is the most patient and the calmest dog you could ask for.

Pets can be a great help in coping. If you have a pet I would love to hear?

    1. I know I feel the same 💕 but he does remind me of my dog I lost 5 years ago only difference is that was a girl and this is a boy it’s weird. It reminds me of the movie a dogs purpose 😊

  1. I have a three year old, wonderful, lemon yellow parakeet named Nibbles. He talks – says phrases that I have taught him and lets me kiss the top of his head, his beak and his belly. He makes me happy and makes me laugh even when I suffering from my PTSD symptoms.

  2. I do have a furry baby! Her name is Kiki. She’s a little dog. She is my constant companion. I don’t know what I’d do without her.
I’m glad you have your Buddy.

    1. Thank you for sharing Kiki with me 🙂 I’m so happy you have a furry baby to keep you company 🙂 we are lucky to have them ❤️ thank you I’m so glad I have him too ❤️

  3. I don’t have a pet now, which I miss, but I can’t afford at the moment a pet. I would like to have a hamster again possibly, when I can afford.
My last pet was a cat and she was a rescue cat. Very very loving. she was always by my side and remains in my heart.
I have had pets most of my life and they all helped me in some way.

    1. We don’t have hamsters here, but that’s sounds great I would love to see a picture if you decide to get one in the future 🙂 pets take a lot of care and money so I can understand where you are coming from. Pets do definitely help in ways others can’t, I’m sorry to hear about your cat, I wish you all the best in the future. Hopefully one day you will find your next companion ❤️

  4. HI, Jen! Thanks for stopping by my blog and liking my post – Every minute of exercise affects longevity. I am enjoying my visit to yours. I couldn’t agree more about the emotional value of a pet. I have a little poodle that I adopted some years ago. She rides in the basket on my bike with me. I don’t think there is any doubt that pets increase our longevity. Keep up the good work!

    1. No problems Tony keep up the great work 👍 thank you for stopping by and sharing your pet with me. That’s so sweet she rides in the bike with you ❤️ thank you

  5. I have a very affectionate cat who is nearly 11 years old. I know I will be devastated when she dies (not for a long time yet, I hope). I think I would be even more lonely than I am now. I have always had a pet but it is difficult when renting, as I currently am.

    1. Wow 11 that’s awesome, it is hard when they go I’m sure you have many years yet. I’m sorry you feel that way 🤗 it is hard to have pets when renting. Thank for sharing your pet with me 🤗
